Jurgów — a village with everything nearby
Jurgów sits in the Spisz region, right by the Slovak border. It is a village, not a resort — and that is exactly its advantage: everything people come to the Tatras for is within easy reach, and in the evening you go back to somewhere quiet.
The closest thing to us is the Zagroda Sołtysów open-air museum — 1.2 km, in the same village. The Jurgów Ski lift is 2.1 km away, Koziniec 5.1 km, Kotelnica in Białka Tatrzańska 8.4 km. Terma Bukovina is 5.7 km, Terma Bania 8.3 km.
Further out: the Łapszanka pass 6.3 km, the car park at the trailhead to Morskie Oko 12.5 km, Bachledka in Slovakia with its treetop walk 18.7 km, Zakopane 22 km. Across the border, Tatranská Lomnica is 31.4 km and Starý Smokovec 37.6 km.
We give kilometres, not minutes — and we measure them from our own house number, not from the middle of the village. Driving time can change by half depending on the route, the season and the traffic; a kilometre stays a kilometre.
Our guests get in cheaper at Terma Bania and at Gorący Potok — ask the host about the discount at check-in.
